We are a non-profit applied social research and evaluation organization that works with governmental and non-governmental agencies. We help clients allocate resources, plan programs, operate more effectively, and evaluate their impact on clients' lives and the greater community. We partner with our clients to increase the effectiveness of programs and services that benefit the community. We focus our technical assistance on increasing each community organization’s ability to continually learn – to collect, dialogue, analyze, prioritize, and make decisions based on quality data.
