Los Banos Health Needs Assessment
We are working in partnership with the Westside Needs Assessment Collaborative. During 2011 we will be preparing a comprehensive needs assessment centering on key health indicators in the City of Los Banos.
Lucile Packard Foundation
Throughout 2011 we will be working on the Children’s Health Indicators in Stockton Project (Building a Shared Understanding, Direction, and Hope). This work is made possible by a grant from the Lucile Packard Foundation. We will be collaborating with San Joaquin County Public Health Services and our work will focus on the www.kidsdata.org platform and will include data from a range of other sources.
