Campbell
Bullock, Executive Director
Campbell
Bullock holds a Masters Degree in Sociology from San
Jose State University. He has extensive applied research
experience in San Joaquin County including evaluation
work for the Human Services Agency, the San Joaquin
County Probation Department, the City of Stockton, Stockton
Unified School District, the County Office of Education,
the Office of Substance Abuse, etc. Campbell's role
at the Co-Op includes administration, applied social
research work, grant writing, and strategic planning.
In addition to his work in this County, Campbell was
Project Director at Penn State University at Erie for
a large-scale outcomes evaluation of a prison-parenting
program with the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections.
Adding to his evaluation work, Campbell has experience
teaching sociology courses at Penn State University. |

Lorena Ruiz, Research Associate
Lorena Ruiz is a Research Associate at the Data Co-Op. She holds a BA in Sociology with a concentration in Human Resources from Stanislaus State University and is bilingual in Spanish. Lorena has extensive knowledge of the Central Valley including expertise in the field of agriculture labor. Her applied work centers on project management and collaboration with clients. Her specific research work includes survey design, key informant interviews, and focus groups. Additional work centers on data analysis, data interpretation, and report writing. |

Lyndsey
Dean, Research Supervisor and Community Researcher
Lyndsey Dean is both Research Supervisor and a Community Researcher at the Data Co-Op. Lyndsey holds a Bachelors of Science in Biological Sciences from the University of the Pacific. Lyndsey's main responsibilities center
on supervising a full range of outcome evaluations.
Lyndsey's work and expertise includes database construction,
data harvesting (including U.S. Census), data entry,
data cleaning, and data analysis. In addition, Lyndsey
provides clients with assistance with respect to data
collection protocols and she offers technical assistance
with Excel and Access databases. Lyndsey's skills include
both quantitative and qualitative research narrative
work as well as Geographic Information Systems mapping. |

Olga Goltvyanitsa, Community Researcher
Olga Goltvyanitsa is a Community Researcher at the Data Co-Op. Olga has a Bachelors of Science in Biochemistry from the University of the Pacific and is a graduate of San Joaquin County’s Court-Community Leadership and Liaison Program. Her applied work centers on both quantitative and qualitative research tasks. Her specific research work consists of data entry, data cleaning, as well as data analysis, interpretation, report writing, and database construction. Additional work centers on conducting focus groups, direct observations, and key informant interviews. |

Bao Vang, Community Researcher
Bao has a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Liberal Studies from Stanislaus State University and she is bilingual in Hmong. Her work centers of a full range of applied social research and evaluation tasks including data entry, data analysis, report writing, as well as conducting focus groups and interviews.

Lezlie works on data entry, data cleaning, data analysis, report writing, data presentations, and community needs assessment work. |
