Campbell
Bullock, Executive Director
Campbell Bullock holds a Masters Degree in Sociology from San Jose State University. He has extensive applied research experience in central California including evaluation work for the San Joaquin County Probation Department, the Stockton Unified School District, the San Joaquin County Office of Education, Tuolumne County Schools, etc. Campbell's role at the Co-Op includes administration, project management, data and evaluation training, applied social research work, grant writing, and strategic planning. In addition to his work in California, Campbell was Project Director at Penn State University at Erie for a large-scale outcomes evaluation of a prison-parenting program with the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections. Adding to his evaluation work, Campbell has experience teaching sociology courses at Penn State University. |

Olga Goltvyanitsa, Senior Research Associate
Olga Goltvyanitsa is a Senior Research Associate at the Data Co-Op. Olga received a Bachelors of Science in Biochemistry from the University of the Pacific and is a graduate of San Joaquin County’s Court-Community Leadership and Liaison Program. In addition, Olga was selected and is currently enrolled in the Public Health Institute’s Women’s Health Leadership program. Her applied work centers on the design and implementation of data and evaluation curriculum. In addition, Olga’s expertise includes Access database design and technical assistance, data analysis, direct observations, and report writing. Olga is bilingual in Russian. |

Lorena Ruiz, Research Associate
Lorena Ruiz is a Research Associate at the Data Co-Op. She holds a BA in Sociology with a concentration in Human Resources from Stanislaus State University and is bilingual in Spanish. Lorena has extensive knowledge of the Central Valley including expertise in the field of agriculture labor. Her applied work centers on project management and collaboration with clients. Her specific research work includes data analysis, data interpretation, report writing, along with key informant interviews. |

Bao Vang, Community Researcher
Bao Vang has a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Liberal Studies from Stanislaus State University and she is bilingual in Hmong. Her work centers of a full range of applied social research and evaluation tasks including data entry, data analysis, report writing, as well as conducting focus groups. Bao’s work also includes providing data and evaluation training to clients. |

Dua Xiong, Community Researcher
Dua Xiong’s work centers on data organization, data entry, data cleaning, data analysis, and report writing. She is bilingual in Hmong and currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Humphrey’s College in Stockton. |

Karina Ibarra, Community Researcher
Karina Ibarra’s role in the organization consists of data entry, data cleaning, data analysis, and report writing. In addition, she specializes in qualitative evaluation work such as key informant interviews, focus groups, and observations. Karina is pursing her bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Stanislaus State University. She is bilingual in Spanish. |
